ABOUT ME

Arantzazu Diez

I was born in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz in Mexico. Lived most of my life here untill I went for a year abroad in Boston to Dana Hall School. After that I went to a jewelry design course in Milano. 
For college I went to Mexico City. I did a Bachelor´s degree in Industrial design. during this time, I went to Japan for a summer and took a Bio design Japanese Architecture curses. 
I have learned a lot from every experience and love to put everything together to create quite different art pieces. 
Since I was a little girl I started drawing and painting a lot, gaining practice, but at the age of fourteen I painted my first mural and discovered that this was my real passion. Today I have done a lot of them and other kinds of art pieces.
